Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched from our warehouse in China. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Time
We exclusively ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is:
- 5 working days for delivery from China to the UK.
Delivery times are approximate and may vary slightly due to factors such as customs clearance, local postal services, or unforeseen delays.
Shipping Locations
We currently only ship to the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel's journey in real-time.

- Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete to avoid delays.
- Any customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. However, most shipments to the UK are not subject to additional charges.
